Close to shops and restaurants

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff knows how to speak english. Easy transaction. The hotel is close to the night market and is very accessible to shops, restaurants, transportation and etc. Room was cleaned everyday. Clean bathroom. We were able to leave our stuff after check out at the last day so that we could shop and stroll around ximending before our flight.

The room was too small for a family, not good for crying babies. You can hear the noise from the outside meaning people could hear our baby cry. There's no lift. We have to carry all our luggages to 3rd floor with a baby and a stroller.

Very budget-friendly and good for solo travelers and small group

Ester, the frontdesk is very helpful. If she does not know the answer to the questions we have, she will tell it straight. The price is definitely budget-friendly but the room is impeccable. Towels are changed daily as well.

A bit confusing to find at first but it is conveniently located near everything in Ximen area.

We really liked the location.

We really liked the location. The room was simple but it had everything we needed, including a comfy bed. The staff were very kind and helped us figure out a way to the airport.

It was very difficult to find as a tourist. Sign on the door should be much bigger. Also because we were international travelers we didn’t have the ability to call the front desk staff to check us in, I would recommend the hotel gets a WhatsApp number!

Seriously I want to check out as soon as I entered my room.

Seriously I want to check out as soon as I entered my room. Horrible condition of stairs and room. Even the lobby doesn’t look like a lobby. Nothing that I like.

Everything. If it’s not because I will check out early in the morning to catch my plane, I will definitely move to other hotel. Too horrible!

It has pretty much everything I wanted - tv, fridge, hangers...

It has pretty much everything I wanted - tv, fridge, hangers, hair dryer, full body mirror etc. The room is a little small but sufficient for me to open up my 24inch luggage while sitting on the floor. I didn’t really request for room service to tidy the room out of my 4 nights. I only did once, and I thought it wasn’t clean as I returned to the room around 3pm. However, the staffs were intended to clear it around 4pm to realise I was back. They did ask if I wanted my room to clean, and despite my reassurance that it was okay, they did a fast change for my rubbish bin and replenish the toiletries for me.

Not really an issue that there isn’t lift available. However, it was a little of my concern as the reception was only till 7pm. The door was meant to be locked and guests enter via magnetic lock. However, all the nights I returned with the main door left ajar. Perhaps, for the guests who checked out on the day but have their luggage stored till late night. I did that, as much as the staffs would offer, it was recommended to retrieve our luggage by 9pm so the door can be locked up. It may be a bit worrying for female traveller as it is located at a small alley with dim light. (Behind Lux cinema actually. So I always walk from the cinema back).

Loved the location.

Loved the location. Relatively close to the subway. Great area for food and shopping. And the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was bigger than expected judging from the prize.

Really noisy, a constant loud during sound from outside the bathroom window. I got "eaten up" by mosquitoes or something. Woke with several new bites every morning.

Nice stay, Value for Money

Staff are friendly and check-in process is seamless and essy. Love the bathtube though the room is smaller in general. Neat and cozy. Good location near Eslite and the busy streets. Love the big tv in the room and the weighing scale in the hotel.

There is no lift and moving items up and down is an issue especially when the room is located at the 3rd level. Could get noisy at times as it is located near the smaller alley. Could be hard to find for first timer.

Room was very very clean.

Room was very very clean. Super helpful receptionist. On a back lane so was relatively quiet compared to Main Street frontage.

Small and cramped rooms. But that’s the standard of most Taipei budget hotels I think.

Cheap and handy location not well sign posted

Location is good the room is clean and has everything required for a cheap room.

The hotel is very difficult to locate, there is only a very small A4 sign in the door without knowing where to look it is hard to find. i would advise if you are booking to ask for the map as sat nav seemed to take us to another location where we also find other people also trying to find the hotel.

Location was very strategic.

Location was very strategic. It’s beside Ximending Youth District. I also like how they added extra security measure per floor.

No lift! For us to get to our room, we need to climb thru their fire exit with our heavy luggage. Also please update your location on google map as we were directed to a wrong location. Apple map is updated though.
